Our Warranty Policy

At AMG Bike we sell the best cycling and outdoor gear that is designed for many years of adventuring.  All of our products are covered by some form of manufacturer warranty.  While we must work within the constrain of the manufacturer’s warranty, we only offer products that we feel offer a reasonable level of support.

We can work directly with you to process any of your warranty claims.  In some cases, it might be more convenient to process warranties directly with the manufacturer.  See the “Recommended Warranty Processing” for each brand in the Warranty Detail by Brand section below.

*** For warranty issues on products that are shipped outside of the continental USA, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item in cases where the manufacturer requires that the product is returned to them in order to service the warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS – HERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
  • Normal wear and tear from regular long-term usage.
  • Issues resulting from a crash or other impact.
  • Issues resulting from improper maintenance.
  • Issues from improper mounting or use other than intended for the product.
  • Warranty coverage only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email us at info@AMG-Bikes.com and include the following:
  2. Your AMG Bike Order # or an image of the receipt.
  3. Your current return address.
  4. Your warranty claim with all important details about the product issue.
  5. Attached photo or photos that show the product issue.
  6. Upon receiving your claim, we will begin processing.
  7. We’ll acknowledge the claim within 1 business day and let you know if we need any more information.
  8. Please allow 1-2 weeks for our initial review of the claim.
  9. For some claims, we’re able to verify it ourselves while others require communication with the manufacturer.
  10. We’ll proceed with the initial review of the claim:
  11. If your claim is denied, we’ll explain why and let you know if we can offer any options for discounts or paid repairs.
  12. If your claim is confirmed, we will email you a return shipping label or in some cases proceed with sending you a replacement without receiving the item back.
  13. Upon receiving the warrantied item back, we will confirm the warranty claim.
  14. In the rare occasion that a warranty is denied in the inspection process, we will communicate this to you and return the item if you would like it.
  15. After the final warranty verification, we proceed with either sending you a replacement or repairing and returning the repaired item.
